Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

Some items may be unavailable depending on stock or preparation time. If anything changes, the customer will be contacted.

Customers must provide correct delivery or pickup details. Delays caused by incorrect details are not the responsibility of Meals by Bella.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Processing charges are included in the checkout summary.
5. Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the issue reported. Approved refunds may take some time depending on the payment channel used.
